Shipping Information

Skylar orders process and ship Monday - Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Most orders that are placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day but processing sometimes can take up to 2 business days. We are unable to edit orders once placed on our website, however, if you would like for us to cancel your order please chat in or email hello@skylar.com as soon as possible.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to update once received.

Free Shipping

Free Standard Ground Shipping is available within the contiguous United States on orders over $50 (excluding discounts/promotions and tax).

Scent Club members receive free shipping on their monthly boxes over $50 within the contiguous United States. A discounted shipping fee of $4.95 (within the contiguous U.S.) is charged for Scent Club orders under $50.

Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders.

Shipping Fees And Methods (US)

Standard ground shipping is currently not guaranteed by our carriers and may be delayed by a few days. During this time, your order may not have scans for several business days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date. Our carriers have also notified us that during peak holidays delivery time frames will not be guaranteed. We recommend shopping early.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Shipping is available to AK, HI, and other US territories as long as product(s) does not exceed the maximum allowance of 30mL.

We currently ship to Canada and Australia.

Due to restrictions, please not that we are unable to ship full size / 50 mL products to Australia.

Returns And Exchanges

As part of our 30-day happiness guarantee, we offer a no-hassle return or exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return or exchange your item for any reason during that time and can set it up here. We do need the email address and order number in order to set up the return or exchange. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.

Once received at the warehouse, processing can take up to 3 days. Due to extra precautions our warehouse has been taking, returns/exchanges can now take up to 6 days to process once received. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Once a refund is processed, it can take 3-10 business days to show up on your account.

Products that have been purchased outside of skylar.com can not be returned through Skylar.
